Michelle Chang was born in Korea and she moved to New York City when she was seven. She studied art from early childhood and entered Cornell as a fine art mager. When she graduated, she hsd shifted her focus to design. Michelle detoured thougn a career in architectural and interior design, mostly abroad. She returned to the states and obtailed a second degree from The Academy of Art in San Francisco before beginning her illustration career in NYC. Michelle's work is features in the three major award annuals: American Illustration. The Society of Illustration Annuals and is also a Silver Metal award wimmer from the Society of Illustrators.
